Customer acknowledges agreement with these Terms of Sale by the placement of an order to purchase a Product from ShopatZia.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Free ground domestic shipping is offered on orders over $100. International customers are not eligible for free shipping. Before we dispatch your order, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note: any orders placed on Saturdays will not be shipped until Monday.

We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers.

Arrival time with free shipping is not guaranteed. For guaranteed arrival time, please purchase an upgraded shipping option for an additional charge.

INTERNATIONAL POLICIES: ShopatZia is delighted to have customers from all around the world. We ship to the most international countries to better serve all our clients and ShopatZia fans. International orders may be subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country’s customs department. The recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over such charges and cannot predict what they may be.

NOTE: If you refuse delivery of the shipment, you will be held responsible for payment of all return shipping fees and any applicable fees, duties and taxes. Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments or refused shipments. Which will be deducted automatically from your original form of payment.

International orders are not eligible for:

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact customer service at shop@gigimoda.com within 48 hours of purchase.
